The local power company should be contacted for information on ownership, PCB status, and where to recycle. Section 6.0 and Exhibits 1-5 4 EA 23 Removal and proper disposal or recycling of approximately 10 empty drums labeled "racing fuel" or "motor oil" by a locked trailer in the west lower portion of the lot. Section 6.0 and Exhibits 1-5 10 EA 24 Inspect the interior of a locked red trailer in the west lower portion of the site for potential additional chemical storage. Section 6.0 and Exhibits 1-5 1 LS 25 Junk vehicles consisting of 11 abandoned pick-up trucks, a flat-bed trailer truck, van and four SUVs should be delivered to a scrap metal recycler after removal and proper disposal or recycling of batteries, tires and all fluids.
