Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Virgin Islands Port Authority ("VIPA" or the "Authority") is seeking proposals from a qualified licensed contractor for the remediation of water leaks that are occurring within the Air Traffic Control Tower facility at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport. The Contractor will be responsible for investigating/Determining the cause of water leaks within the Air Traffic Control Tower facility, proposing an appropriate method of repair that will remediate the issue of water leaks, and Provide an estimate for the cost of materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary for the repairs. 1 Mobilization; 2 Investigation of Water Leak Source; 3 Proposal for Water Leak Repairs
