Seeking qualified providers qualified in program development, implementation, and management services for the Virgin Islands Community Steam Project After School and Programs Science Technology Engineering Arts and Mathematics STEAM Innovation Academy a federally funded pre kindergarten to 12th grade PK through12th grade program Innovative Approaches to Literacy Full Service Community Schools The STEAM Innovation Academy is a PK through 12th grade initiative that is designed as an enhanced STEM STEAM education program focused on exposing Virgin Islands students to cutting edge computer science and information technology engineering principles Fiber Optics and other STEAM concepts incorporated in diverse equitable inclusive and collaborative learning environments that are guided by best practices The core objective is to build a STEM STEAM pipeline for STEM STEAM related degrees and career choices thus develop a quality and marketable STEM STEAM workforce in the US Virgin Islands The projects goal is to serve up to 1500 students through the integration and exploration of STEAM education and careers in formal and informal PK through 12 learning environments The VIDE seeks the services of one or multiple Contractors to develop implement communicate market and manage the three tiered program The three tiers include PK through 8 STEAM Innovation Centers with after school field trips and summer programs 9 through 12 Computer Science and Literacy Education CSLE Program 9 through 12 Fiber Optics Training Academy FOTA Program
