The respondent(s) shall: 1. Clean, sweep and mop all mats, hard floor surfaces; All entry areas, hallways, kitchen/staff lounge, conference rooms, cubicles including lobby and waiting rooms. 2. Vacuum all carpeted surfaces. 3. Clean doorknobs, window ledges, light switches, file cabinets, and chairs in all offices, cubicles and used spaces. 4. Clean all bathroom fixtures, disinfect all surfaces, including sinks, mirrors, light switches, counters, toilet seats, urinals, shower and stalls. 5. Clean all counters, cabinets, appliances and tabletops in the lobby, lounge/kitchen areas. 6. Dust and polish all furniture surfaces, desks, bookcases, tables, file cabinets. 7. Wipe down chairs, equipment, and computer monitors. 8. Deodorize and disinfect all rooms. 9. Remove and dispose of trash from all containers from all rooms (Lobby, Conference room, Bathrooms. Lounges, or any other debris). 10. Restock all toiletries, including hand soap and deodorizers/air fresheners.
