Specifications include, but are not limited to: VIDOH Division of Behavioral Health, Alcoholism & Drug Dependency Services is seeking a licensed and insured vendor to provide balanced nutritional meals that is dietician approved for the residents at the Eldra Schulterbrandt Residential Facility (ESRF). Located at 4185 Anna’s Retreat, St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, there is accommodation for a total of thirty-two (32) residents, who are mentally ill. The vendor agrees to: 1. Prepare balanced nutritional meals in accordance with menus approved by a licensed dietician and based on criteria set by United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The balanced nutritional meals must include breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages, desserts, and snacks. The services provided by the licensed dietician will be the vendor’s sole responsibility to secure and to compensate for said financial obligation. 2. Prepare the catering services for a maximum of thirty-two (32) residents and keeping all dietary preferences, such as religious, cultural, and health (such as hypertension and diabetic, etc.) in consideration. Vegan and vegetarian options should also be provided based upon resident dietary needs. 3. Render services at its own account, taking responsibility for all risks including profit / loss, stock, and cash control. The services will NOT be on a subsidy basis. 4. Provide all-inclusive Canteen Service with balanced nutritional meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as, beverages, desserts, snacks, and other items daily to residential facility for residents, which will include providing and maintaining equipment and the provision of consumables required for the intended use. 5.
