1. General Scope of Work: • Provide all necessary devices, equipment, material, and personnel for mobilization. • Provide Bid Guarantee, Performance Bonding and Payment Bonding in accordance with Contract documents. • Provide Special Inspection services. • Provide selective demolition of non-electrical materials and components as described in the Contract Drawings. • Provide cleanup of the existing mechanical room, infill the CMU wall openings, patch the roof penetration and replace the personnel door. • Provide project cleanup and closeout services in accordance with Contract documents. 2. Civil Scope of Work: • Provide selective demolition of existing fencing and gate, and existing rubbish/debris within and immediately around the location of the proposed new fencing. • Provide excavation and backfill for new generator pad. • Provide excavation, concrete envelope and backfill for new electrical duct bank. • Provide excavation for a new electrical handhole and furnish/install a new electrical handhole to intercept existing duct bank. • Form and construct concrete pad for generator. • Furnish & install new chain linked fencing, with personnel gates, around electrical equipment. • Furnish & install crushed stone/gravel within fenced area. 3. Electrical Scope of Work: • Provide selective demolition of electrical equipment, materials and components, as described in the Contract Drawings. • Install new duct bank from generator to a new electrical manhole and to the exterior wall of the mechanical room. • Furnish & install new 600V feeders conductors from the pad mounted transformer to the new ATS and from the generator to the new ATS. • Furnish, rig, install, connect, new diesel generator, and automatic transfer switch. • Furnish & install new panels ‘MDP-B02’, ‘LDP-B02’, and P1-B02’ and all associated wiring, wireway, terminations & conduits. • Furnish & install new dry type step down transformer and all associated wiring, terminations & conduits. • Furnish & install new lighting fixtures and receptacles and all associated wiring & conduit in the mechanical room. • Furnish and install all grounding material and components. • Furnish and install all control wiring and conduit. • Provide testing of electrical equipment and provide support for Commissioning and Integrated System Testing. • Alternate Bid: Provide Electrical Acceptance Testing of Diesel Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch.
