PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Consoles are to be configured in a quad configuration. • Communication wiring should be routed and installed inside the consoles. • Height adjustable worksurface to accommodate work while standing. • Minimum desk size requirement of 60”. • Console desk must be able to accommodate at least 8 data ports. • The worksurface should be able to mount 4 monitors. • Chairs need to be height adjustable, ergonomic and can support heavy weight for prolonged seating. • Product should be designed to withstand 24/7, 360 use INSTALLATION: • The Vendor shall be responsible for all aspects of installation for all furniture and chairs, including timelines, to manufacturer specifications. • The Vendor shall be responsible for the demolition and removal of current furniture and chairs. • The Vendor must be able to install furniture around working employees in the Call Center. • The Vendor must provide warranties on installations and parts and should outline the warranties in detail, identifying what is included.
