Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Virgin Islands Port Authority Purchasing Division is accepting proposals for the replacement of a total of eleven (11) marine fenders at the Virgin Islands Port Authority's cruise ship and cargo docks located in the St. Thomas/St. John District. The successful bidder shall be responsible to provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, warranty, and all incidental items necessary for the removal, purchase and installation of the fenders. Specifically, the successful bidder will be required for the replacement of four (4) fenders at the Austin "Babe" Monsanto" Marine Facility, five (5) fenders at the Tropical Shipping Dock and two (2) fenders at the Crowley Shipping Dock. The bidder must comply with the Buy American Act in the procurement of the fenders.
