LP25-01 - Internal Audit Services

The purpose of this request for proposal is to solicit competitive sealed proposals from Certified Public Accounting (CPA) Firms that offer internal auditing services on an as needed basis for Davis School District (DSD).  In addition, the successful Firm will demonstrate their ability to perform program effectiveness audits.  It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a qualified Firm for services as needed, and as defined further in the scope of work.  Although the term “firm” is used throughout this document, potential respondents need not be employed with a CPA firm.  Certified Public Accountants who meet the eligibility requirements noted in Section II are encouraged to apply.
This RFP is designed to provide interested Firms with sufficient basic information to submit Proposals meeting minimum requirements but is not intended to limit a Proposal’s content or exclude any relevant or essential data.  Firms are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement.
All proposal preparation costs and any associated activities related to this RFP are the sole responsibility of the Firm.  DSD is not liable for any costs incurred throughout the entire selection process.
