Davis School District (“District”) seeks competitive sealed bids from responsive and responsible Bidders to provide Processing of USDA Commodity and Commercial Equivalent USDA Food Products for the Nutrition Services Department for the following USDA Commodity Codes:

Beans (Commodity Code: 110381)
Cheese (Commodity Code: 110244)
Eggs (Commodity Code: 100047)

Alternate product(s) offered may be considered if the alternate product meets or exceeds the specifications listed. If an alternate product is being offered, specifications must be included with your bid submittal to be considered. Davis School District will determine if the products meet or exceed the specifications.

This bid solicitation may result in multiple contract awards.

The DSD Purchasing Department will handle the receipt of all qualifications, submittals, and bids for this bid solicitation and will oversee the management of the resulting contracts for the Nutrition Services Department.
