The WORK includes the lining of 262 vertical feet of 4’ diameter sanitary sewer manholes (24 total), repairing and lining 24 vertical feet of 4’ diameter manholes (6 total) in UDOT right-of way and the lining of a structure with a 10’Lx5’Wx2’8”H vault with a stainless steel parshall flume and a 5’ diameter access section that is 9 feet deep. The Contractor awarded The Work shall install the improvements in accordance with the attached Construction Drawings and Specifications. The City and awarded Contractor shall have the option to renew the agreement an additional 3 times within a 5-year span.
