This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02. Solicitation number 140L5724Q0024 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 115310 with a size standard of $11.5 Million Revenue.
Services in this contract provide for wildfire hazard reduction on the Fish Ford project area by mechanically removing green and dead tamarisk trees by pulling the entire tree out of the ground and piling outside of the drip line of cottonwood trees with equipment. See SOW for a summary of treatment units, acres and treatment type. This includes the Contractor to furnish labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals to clear project areas up to an approximate 182 acres. The project area is located approximately 5 miles Southeast of Cisco, UT near the Utah/Colorado state line.
Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, EPLS, and more. There is NO fee to register for this site.

This will be awarded a under Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Contract structured with a Lowest Price Technically acceptable (LPTA) selection process.
