• Q1 (Elementary building, single story) – o 15* control joints: remove and replace backer and caulk (Dow 795 backer or equivalent product) o 27,405* sq ft: wash block, including removing graffiti from block, covering windows and doors (and/or clean sealant overspray), and apply sealant § Bidders should quote product with 5 year warranty AND 10 year warranty (School will determine which option is most cost effective and advantageous in its sole discretion) o 60* windows and doors: remove and replace caulk • Q2 (Junior high building, two story) – o 37* control joints: remove and replace backer and caulk (Dow 795 backer or equivalent product) o 33,790* sq. ft.: wash block, including removing graffiti from block, covering windows and doors (and/or clean sealant overspray), and apply sealant § Bidders should quote product with 5 year warranty AND 10 year warranty (School will determine which option is most cost effective and advantageous in its sole discretion) o 91* windows and doors: remove and replace caulk • Project must be complete by June 30, 2025
