Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide all necessary bond trustee services related to all subordinate lien general airport revenue bonds, notes and other debt instruments (“Subordinate Obligations”) issued pursuant to the Master Subordinate Trust Indenture (as amended and supplemented from time to time, the “Subordinate Indenture”) with respect to the Salt Lake International Airport (“Airport”) B. Prepare and transmit all appropriate communications to SLCDA prior to and in anticipation of payments of debt service obligations, identifying the amount due, and all charges for services rendered in connection with each debt service payment, at least one week prior to payment due date. C. Perform without error, periodic and prompt payment of all scheduled interest payments to bondholders, principal to bondholders upon bond maturity, and letter of credit reimbursements (for variable rate debt obligations). D. Prepare and transmit monthly statements of all transactions for each bond issue, including the market value of all portfolio holdings, to be received by the 5th day of the following month, and prepare such other reports as the Airport may request. E. Maintain any applicable debt service funds, debt service reserve funds, construction funds established under the Subordinate Indenture. F. Provide online web access to account and investment information related to transactions, balances, market values, etc. G. Perform such other functions as contemplated pursuant to the Subordinate Indenture to be within the scope of duties of the bond trustee.
