Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intention of the concession at Centerville Community Park is to provide over-the counter and/or packaged snacks, refreshments, etc. This could include, but may not be limited to, soft drinks, ice cream treats, chips, candies, sandwiches, etc. The concessionaire may chose, at their own expense, to provide hot foods that can be heated on a roller, kept in a warming oven, or other similar foods that require no cooking kitchen on site. With the approval of Davis County Health, and if there is ample space, the concessionaire, at their expense, may utilize a barbecue to provide items for the menu. Check with Davis County Health requirements. Hours of operation are expected to be Monday – Friday, 4:30pm8:30pm. There is a small office space that is utilized by the Community Services department just inside the door that needs to be retained. Provided by the City: - Approximate 500 square foot concession area with 3 serving windows. - The concession area will have counter space along the walls. - The concession area will have a fridge, freezer, stove, warming cabinet and hot dog roller. - The concession area will have a three basin sink and separate hand washing sink. - Access to storage area. To be provided by the concessionaire: - All necessary appliances, utensils, paper products, serving supplies, etc. necessary to perform their operation. - All cleaning supplies. - Deliveries of all food items. - All necessary staff for their operation. - All required and current business licenses, food handler’s permits, and any other necessary permits and licenses required to operate - All necessary food stuff. - All necessary staff and all required licensing for that staff. - All items for the event will be brought to the park just before the event and taken from the park immediately after the event.
