Specifications include, but are not limited to: Salt Lake County, on behalf of Eccles Theater, "County" is soliciting proposals from qualified firms "Proposer / Concessionaire" to provide concessionaire services at the theater. The Concessionaire will operate various concessions carts and counters throughout the theater located in the main lobby, north lobby, first tier, Regent Street Black Box Theater lobby, and any additional carts as placed. Throughout the term of any resulting agreement, it is possible that the Lobby Lounge/Bistro area may be available for extended concessions, frequency to be determined based on then-current restaurant operations. It is important that these areas be maintained and operated in a manner in keeping with the highest standards of service and quality
