The plan sheet shows the entire project which includes fencing, tree removal and concrete. This is only for the concrete. Gate Pads: There are two gate pads shown on the plan sheet. Specifications for the gate pads: Both pads are to be 6" thick, 4500 PSI concrete with 6x6 wire mesh over 4" compacted road base to 95%. Top of pad must be the same as the sidewalk it is tying into. Includes excavation and haul off of all excavated material, approximately 10" of sod and soil. Gate Pad 1 - 15' x 9' Gate Pad 2 - 12' x 6' Mow Strip: 4" thick, 4500 PSI concrete. Top of mow strip must be the same as the sidewalk next to it. Includes excavation and haul off of all excavated material, approximately 4" of sod & soil. Mow Strip is 1' 5" wide x 86' long, Concrete Extension: Pad is to be 6" thick, 4500 PSI concrete with 6x6 wire mesh. Top of pad must be the same as the concrete next to it. Includes excavation and haul off of all excavated material, approximately 6" of gravel & soil.
