Granite School District (GSD) is requesting the services of a General Contractor (B100) to remodel Brockbank Junior High School, 2935 S 8560 W, Magna, Utah. Work shall include, but is not limited to: • Removal of floor finishes not otherwise removed by Abatement Contractor. • Selective demolition interior wall systems not otherwise removed by Abatement Contractor. • Selective demolition of cabinetry, finishes, and other building assemblies as described by Drawings and Specifications. • Patch and repair as described by Drawings and Specifications. • Removal of Electrical and Mechanical systems as indicated. • Installation of new wall systems, doors, and frames. • Installation of new finishes, interior and exterior painting. • Installation of graphics. • Structural modifications. • New lighting. • Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work as indicated. • Removal of existing fire alarm devices and installation of new fire alarm and CO detection system.
