Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Bring in hot oil truck and tanker to remove all oil and other fluids from both tanks on location. Dispose of the oil and fluid from these two tanks at an appropriate and approved disposal location(s). 2. MOB in equipment and remove both production tanks from the wellsite. 3. Remove the pump jack and all other scrap from the well site. (This should include removing the old rig anchors, all of the surface line on and off of the well site (up over the hill to the west), tank ladders/ scaffolding/catwalks (if not removed with the tanks in step #2), pipe racks, tubing, rods, and any other scrap items on site, along with the cable over the hill to the north of the well site.) 4. Prepare the location and access road for the rig. This may necessitate some minor dirt work. 5. Finalize cleanup of oil stained soils under and around both tanks as needed. Haul waste to an approved disposal site, leveling tank berms in the process (if not already done earlier). 6. Excavate a small pit for cement returns. 7. Install and test new rig anchors.
