Specifications include, but are not limited to: Code Set Books. The Contractor shall provide the official code set books for CPT®, HCPCS Level II, ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and CDT plus reference materials, specialty-specific tools (e.g. CDI information) when published, and at least annually. 3.2 Encoder Tool Functionality. The Contractor shall ensure the tool provides: (1) a user-friendly environment to access necessary code specific content; (2) searchable and selectable information; and (3) the ability to perform data aggregation and create reports, which are user-friendly and customizable. 3.3 Encoder Tool Content, Updated Annually. The Contractor shall provide an online encoder tool to include the following information updated at least annually: (1) real-time code look-up with a higher degree of code detail and reference information than what is available in CPT®, HCPCS Level II, and the ICD-10-CM/-PCS code books; (2) fee schedule information: (A) physician; (B) ambulatory; (C) laboratory; (D) DMEPOS; (E) ASP drug pricing; (F) National Drug Code (NDC) drug pricing; and (G) parenteral and enteral nutrition. (3) dental codes; (4) coding edits information; (A) CCI with coding information. (5) future CPT®, HCPCS Level II, and both ICD-10-CM/-PCS code information; (6) AHA Coding Clinic for HCPCS; (7) AHA Coding Clinic for ICD; (8) AMA CPT® Assistant; (9) AMA CPT® Changes; (10) AMA CPT® Knowledge Base; (11) ASA Crosswalk; and (12) specialty articles...
