Ensures timely and accurate updates to risk/needs profiles, aiding in appropriate intervention planning to reduce recidivism. c. Enhances the ability to adapt supervision strategies based on evolving offender profiles. d. Enable continuous monitoring and tracking of offenders' progress through their treatment and intervention programs. 3. Business Intelligence, Analytics, & Reporting a. Provide both predefined and customizable dashboards and reports to allow for realtime data analysis. b. Support the creation, retrieval, and printing of various reports and forms. c. Support the export of data in various formats to facilitate reporting, analysis, and presentation needs. d. Enable seamless integration with business intelligence tools and platforms for reporting and data visualization, allowing users to create interactive dashboards and reports. e. Provide a data warehouse and/or support data from various sources, including internal and external databases, cloud services, and third-party applications, ensuring a unified view of information. f. Support ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to clean, transform, and load data into the data warehouse, maintaining data accuracy and consistency. g. Data governance policies and practices to maintain high data quality, including regular audits, data validation, and cleansing routines. h. Data management strategies to handle data lifecycle, including archival and purging policies, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and retention requirements. i. Secure sensitive data within the data warehouse through encryption, access controls, and secure data transfer protocols. j.
