Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Collaborate with the SEOW by: 1. Attending and participating in all SEOW meetings held at least quarterly in Salt Lake City, as requested by the Department of Human Services, Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (“DHS”) Program Manager; and 2. Attending national, federal, and regional meetings, as assigned by the DHS Project Director. B. Identify gaps and needs in the Existing Data infrastructure and collaborate with the SEOW to present recommendations for future data sampling and analysis to the SEOW. C. Receive the compiled SEOW data from the DHS Project Director and assist DHS to analyze, interpret, and disseminate the conclusions to the service providers, allowing them to make improvements in their local communities. The Contractor’s assistance must include: 1. Training and educating service providers on the basics of data analysis, data interpretation, and prioritization, as requested by DHS program staff; 2. Training and educating DHS staff on data analysis, interpretation of data, and prioritization as it applies to prevention services. D. Provide an analysis of the data and surveys used to measure substance use and substance abuse consequences in Utah, as directed by DHS and the SEOW in writing or in the SEOW meetings (which will be reflected in the SEOW meeting minutes).
