Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Working with the Pollinator Pilot Program committee on web content, construction, and design 2) Updates to describe and advertise the program 3) Post informational content about pollinators and their habitats 4) Development and posting of forms for application and reporting to be used by interested applicants and awardees 5) Text and graphic design for program signs and educational brochures. Additionally, this program needs to retain and generate new interest and engagement from the public, native plant experts and plant nurseries alike. To do so, the Department of Agriculture is seeking input regarding specific knowledge about Utah native plants, their distribution, biology, current and potential seed availability as well as their prospective to be successfully grown in a greenhouse setting. As such, the assistance needed will include, but is not limited to: Working with the Pollinator Habitat Program committee and a network of Utah native plant specialists on: 1) Web content, editing for the following a. Description of the program including changes from previous years, b. Create and maintain website content to allow UDAF to post created informational content about pollinator habitat, pollinators, and successful planting and maintenance techniques, c. Create informational web content about the plant species being used in the program d. Assist with ongoing work in ESRI Survey123 to assist with application and reporting content and format and awardee information organization e. Creating a quantitative rubric to assist with ranking of applications for future awards f. Answering questions from applicants and awardees via our Facebook page and emails, g. Creation and assembly of native seed mixes for the program h. Creation and/or maintenance of webinar content for applicant and awardees i. Marketing of the program statewide j. Willingness to travel throughout the state associated with this work.
