Specifications include, but are not limited to: Duties of the Contractor’s Commissary Manager: The Contractor must ensure that the Commissary Manager proficiently performs the following tasks and duties: 1.1.2.1.3.1. Aid the Contractor in ensuring compliance with the terms of this Agreement; 1.1.2.1.3.2. Oversee the Jail commissary operation and interact with designated Jail staff and/or prisoners for as many hours as it takes to fulfil the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, the Commissary Manager being on-site at the Jail a minimum of twenty (20) hours per week; 1.1.2.1.3.3. Reviewing and correcting errors in the delivery of commissary orders; 1.1.2.1.3.4. Reviewing and addressing commissary-related prisoner grievance(s) 1.1.2.1.3.5. Be a liaison between the Jail and the Contractor in regards to the day-to-day operations required in this Agreement; 1.1.2.1.3.6. Check-in daily (Monday through Friday, excluding Federal and State holidays) and proactively communicate with the Jail’s Commissary Supervisor or the Jail Commissary Supervisor’s designee when the Supervisor is not available; and 1.1.2.1.3.7. Attend any and all meetings the County requires in regards to this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, attending the Quarterly quality assurance meeting
