The Provider must meet the following requirements: - Compliance: Must be familiar with and adhere to Utah liquor laws. - Staffing: Provide licensed and professional servers, with at least three (3) servers per event. Two (2) must be certified as alcohol attendants to check IDs and issue wristbands. Certification must be through Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services. - On-site Management: Assign a manager for each event, ensuring a minimum of four (4) staff on-site. - Arrival: Staff must arrive one (1) hour before doors open to organize and prepare alcohol in the concessions area. Event Details - Attendance: Attendance varies based on ticket sales by the event organizer, with a maximum capacity of 5,000 attendees for Rodeo Arena events. - Organizer Responsibilities: The permit holder is responsible for providing: • alcohol to be sold • ice • a payment system - City Support: The City will provide a designated service area for the Provider to operate from (the West Jordan Rodeo Arena). - Tipping Policy: Servers are allowed to collect cash tips through a tip jar.
