Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Utah (University) on behalf of PBS Utah is seeking a TV Audience Measurement vendor (Vendor). Proposed items or systems must be able to provide services as described in the attached scope of work and minimum specifications. PBS Utah is seeking a service to provide measurement of its linear programming stream, which is distributed via over the air broadcast, cable, satellite, and streaming services (vMVPDs) such as YouTube TV and Hulu + Live TV. Service will be used to help PBS Utah better understand the needs, media use, and behaviors of our audience, as well as to report to funders and other stakeholders. Service should have a panel/sample of over 50,000 households to ensure stability in measurement. Must be able to provide viewing data on particular programs and other stations in the market. As well as overall station reach during a given time period, incorporating both live and time-shifted viewing. In addition to audience measurement, the service should provide consumer/behavior data to help programming, marketing and sponsorship teams make best decisions.
