Vendor shall manage the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) and Assessment and Accountability Policy Advisory Committee (AAPAC) meetings. Vendor shall be responsible for all travel, lodging, meals, and associated expenses of its own staff and all TAC members for all in-person meetings and TAC or AAPAC events. At a minimum, Vendor shall: a) Plan and organize three annual TAC meetings to take place on consecutive days in winter, spring, and fall each year. b) Work with USBE to develop all required materials, agendas, and presentations for meetings. c) Provide meeting minutes and additional reports, including, but not limited to action items, analyses, recommended next steps, and others at the request of USBE. d) Communicate with TAC committee members and vendors to ensure that they understand their roles and are prepared for meetings. e) Make recommendations to USBE management re: the make-up of TAC committee membership. f) Assist the Assistant Superintendent of Student Learning in organizing the Assessment and Accountability Policy Advisory Committee (AAPAC) meetings and collecting meeting notes.
