Development should also include the process of changing the domain from .org to .gov, setting up the DNS server, any relevant 301 redirects, and migrating certain historical materials. • WordPress Integration: Develop the website on the WordPress platform, including all necessary plugins and functionalities, ensuring flexibility, scalability, and easy content management for our team. • Membership Integration: Integrate YourMembership’s system with registration, login, profile management, content access based on membership levels, and learning management system, so the system serves as the Single Sign On (SSO) for the website. Integrate YourMembership Email marketing with certain website actions. (For example, automatic email reminders for members who have signed up for a specific webinar.) • Learning Management Integration: The website should seamlessly incorporate a learning management system (LMS) that enables the creation and management of online courses, quizzes, certificates, and user progress tracking. • Seamless website and software integration with YourMembership, CVENT, Engagifii, Zoom, and other miscellaneous APIs. • Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure the website is thoroughly tested for functionality, security, and performance. • Training and Documentation: Provide training for ULCT staff on using the website, LMS, and membership management system. Create documentation for ongoing maintenance. • Ongoing Support: Offer post-launch support, updates, and maintenance services as needed.
