Specifications include, but are not limited to: Testing pumping two existing wells for the purpose of increasing the size of the wells.; 1. The Contractor shall be a licensed Utah Water Well Driller or Pump Installer in good standing with the Division of Water Rights. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, and appurtenances for the work outlined below. 2. The Contractor shall coordinate with Eagle Mountain City (City) for the shut down and startup of each well. 3. The location of the project is in the White Hills subdivision near Cedar Fort, Utah. The attached Figure 1 and Figure 2 show the site location. 4. The Contractor shall complete all work within 30 days after the contract date. 5. A bid schedule of the anticipated items is attached. 6. The Contractor shall remove the existing submersible pump from the WHW #1 well. The pump and equipment will be staged adjacent to the well for reinstallation. The existing pump is set to an anticipated depth of 260 feet. 7. The Contractor shall perform a video survey the WHW #1 well. The video survey will document the physical condition of the casing and screen. The Contractor shall apply a steady stream of culinary water (5 gpm) provided by the City to the well overnight prior to performing the video. 8. The Contractor shall reinstall the submersible pump in WHW #1 including a new 1-1/4-inch Schedule 80 PVC flush thread sounder tube. The base of the tube shall be installed to the top of the bowls of the pump. The lower 5-feet shall be perforated/screen to allow for connection to the well for water level measurements. The pump, column and ancillary equipment shall be disinfected during installation back into WHW #1. 9. The Contractor shall remove the existing vertical turbine pump and motor from the WHW #2 well located within the pump house. The pump and equipment will be staged adjacent to the well. The existing pump is set to an anticipated depth of 260 feet. 10. The Contractor shall perform a video survey the WHW #2 well. The video survey will document the physical condition of the casing and screen. The Contractor shall apply a steady stream of culinary water (5 gpm) provided by the City to the well overnight prior to performing the video
