The purpose of this project is to implement a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) tailored for vocational rehabilitation (VR) professionals. This project is aligned with the mission of the Department of Workforce Services (DWS) to enhance the skills and effectiveness of VR professionals, thereby improving service delivery to individuals with disabilities. The initiative was undertaken to provide VR staff with accessible training resources, ensuring they remain updated on best practices, regulatory changes, and innovative techniques in the field of vocational rehabilitation. The LMS aims to foster a continuous learning environment that supports the professional growth of VR staff while ensuring compliance with state requirements.
