DP2501 - DP2501 Disposal of Designated Surplus - Technology

The purpose of this Request for Bid is to obtain sealed offers from qualified supplier(s) to purchase certain Windows devices and monitors currently owned by the District that the District is no longer utilizing. A detailed itemization of the scope of services to be provided can be found under the heading “Detailed Scope of Work” below. 
Each year the District replaces a number of these devices creating surplus. The total volume of the yearly surplus is not known. The amount will change from year to year. The District makes no guarantee of the future volume of surplus devices. The approximate current count of devices and monitors is included in this document as Schedule C.
