Remove the old and outdated sneeze guards and replacing them with new in building 815 Chase M Peterson Heritage center 2nd floor dining facility to meet or exceed current health standards. Locations, sizes and specifications attached. All work to be completed between the dates May 5th through May 30th 2025. $2,500 per day liquidated damages will be applied for each day after May 30th that work is not completed. WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
