Description

The project includes sequencing of 280 genomes using PacBio REVIO instrument at a median of 40x coverage per genome for 95% of human DNA samples that are of sufficient quantity and quality. The service should include input DNA quality control (Femto Pulse or equivalent) and library preparation from extracted DNA through delivery of data. The target yield will be 15-20kb with a Q30+ of 90%.

The HSC DNA Sequencing Core is seeking a 1 year contract with 4 optional renewals.
