The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified law firm to obtain legal advice and services to assist in securing offsite and onsite renewable energy as well as energy storage for the Sustainability & Energy department of the University of Utah, hereafter referred to as the "University." The law firms submitting proposals in response to this RFP will hereafter be referred to as “Suppliers.” The University may decide, after reviewing proposals submitted, not to enter into any agreement.
