Description

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified firms for a Construction Manager (at risk)/General Contractor (CM/GC). Firms must be licensed and certified as applicable in the State of Utah, to construct a new Vocational Building at Dixie High School per design from NWLA Architects. The CM/GC will work closely with the Washington County School District Facilities Director and NWLA Architects, through the design phase, providing cost estimates, schedules and feedback of design details, phasing, and availability of materials selected. CM/GC will also monitor the bid climate and recommend the optimal bidding schedule to the design team.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference on Monday, September 18, 2023. The mandatory conference will begin at 09:00 am MST at the Administrative area of Dixie High School. Address location is 350 East 700 South in St George. Any firm that is not present at the commencement and throughout the meeting’s entirety will forfeit their right to bid on the proposed project.
