Description

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified firms for a Construction Manager (at risk)/General Contractor (CM/GC). Firms must be licensed and certified as applicable in the State of Utah, to construct a new Two-Story Elementary School per design from VCBO Architects. The CM/GC will work closely with the Washington County School District Facilities Director and VCBO Architects, through the design phase, providing cost estimates, schedules and feedback of design details, phasing, and availability of materials selected. CM/GC will also monitor the bid climate and recommend the optimal bidding schedule to the design team.

Address location is 811 E Brigham Road, Building A- in St George. Any firm that is not present at the commencement and throughout the meeting’s entirety will forfeit their right to bid on the proposed project.
