RFP_F-0000000016-MH - Construction Manager

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit sealed, competitive proposals from qualified, experienced contractors to administer successful construction of multiple small scope projects over the course of a calendar year.  It is anticipated that this contract will be awarded to a single contractor for a majority of the projects.  We reserve the right to negotiate with all vendors should the projects become too difficult for one vendor to perform. 

This RFP provides prospective contractors (vendors) with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit competitive proposals. It is not intended to limit a proposal’s content or exclude any relevant or essential data.  Offerors are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement.
