Please provide bids for any or all items that your company can provide. On any order that may result from your bid, the terms and conditions will apply.
Dollar amounts for bids must be submitted as dollars and cents. Do not extend out further (i.e. $1.52 not $1.519). PRICING THAT IS EXTENDED OUT WILL BE ROUNDED UP.
Differences in packaging from bid specification must be noted in comments section of each line item.
Complete information (brand, vendor item number, etc.) must be provided on our bid form; otherwise your quotation offer will be rejected.
Your bid is to include any or all costs involved for total cost including shipping and handling to our warehouse located at BDO, Warehouse #10A, 200 North 930 West, Ogden UT 84404. Bids are to be FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid.
Samples – Please provide a sample for each line item upon which you are bidding so that we may compare products from each vendor. If a sample is requested and not provided, your response to those line items will be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered for award. All samples must be sent to Mandy Mortensen, Purchasing Department, Weber School District, 5320 Adams Avenue Parkway, Ogden UT 84405. All samples must be marked with the vendor’s name and bid number. Samples will not be returned.
