Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Department of Buildings and General Services (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish a contract with a construction management firm to provide Construction Management services (hereinafter the “CM”) for the Asa Bloomer Structural, Roofing, and Sewage System Upgrades Project. The primary objective of this project is to address critical infrastructure needs through comprehensive renovations. The roof and skylight has reached the end of its service life and is currently causing significant damage due to its compromised integrity. Concurrently, essential upgrades to the outdated sewer system, which is experiencing widespread failure and is no longer capable of meeting the buildings operational demands, are required. These crucial improvements are imperative to maintaining the structural integrity, operational efficiency, and overall safety of the building.
