The system will allow data exports of site member account and site characteristics.; 3.1.2. Members of the site will have access to their sites only and will maintain site characteristics; 3.1.3. Site characteristics may include file upload of multimedia such as PDF, video tours and animation.; 3.1.4. Application automation for member statistics, email reminders for site refresh and application usage analytics; 3.1.5. Product will have a life cycle plan where new features are added, and product updates are made by vendor; Data: 3.1.6. Vendor will import the existing data sets into the new system; 3.1.7. Vendor will provide a backup and recovery plan; 3.1.8. Data will be exportable either by web service or file format; 3.1.9. Access to up-to-date Demographic, Labor, and educational data; 3.1.10. The system should track visitor activity by the criteria that visitors are searching upon with the ability for administrators to view report on the data; Application Functionality: 3.1.11. Application will be limited to commercial, industrial, office and land site types with the ability to add or remove additional types; 3.1.12. Allow for searching by site characteristics including but not limited to, town, regional development corporation, site type, square footage etc.; 3.1.13. Allow for searching by specified distance or geographic region; 3.1.14. Allow users to save setting and return back to saved sites; 3.1.15.
