Task 1: Project Kick-Off o Meet with BPRW staff to discuss goals of Section 8 – Phase 1 design, project milestones, and deliverables. Task 2: Review Conceptual plans, Survey and Prepare Base Plans o Site Survey of Section 8. o Overlay conceptual plans on accurate orthographic imagery and site survey to reconcile conceptual design with existing conditions. o Develop Base Plans for all of Section 8; review with BPRW. Task 3: Plan Development o Coordinate a meeting with the Islamic Society to determine requirements for designing full burial layouts that are in alignment with cultural needs. The area of Phase 1 lends itself for the entire area to be laid out to support this goal. o Identify area(s) within Phase 1 that lend themselves to Green Burial. (Likely near or adjacent to the area in agreement to the Islamic Society as the spatial requirements are similar). o Produce 50% construction drawings and opinion of cost based on input from BPRW staff/stakeholders. o Identify all applicable permits and applicable drawings for submittal. o Lead review of 50% drawings with project team o Produce 75% construction drawings, opinion of cost, review; BPRW will file for and procure applicable local permits at the 75% design stage o 95% drawings/review, opinion of cost o Complete 100% construction drawings with front ends/written specifications
