2.3.1.DPS currently has standby generators at 10 sites, all are covered by a service maintenance contract. One is new, so in this RFP we seek proposals for nine (9) generators with the following fuel sources 2.3.1.1. Seven (7) propane fuel generators, at least 15 kW 2.3.1.2. One (1) gasoline fuel generator, at least 7 kW 2.3.1.3. One (1) diesel fuel generator, at least 7 kW 2.3.2.The generators must meet the following Functional Requirements: 2.3.2.1. Output voltage: 240 volts single phase, 60 Hz 2.3.2.2. RPM: 1800 or less 2.3.2.3. Weight: the gasoline and diesel generators must be not more than 500 lbs. 2.3.2.4. Remote connectivity: IP-based 2.3.2.5. Alarm: contact closure 2.3.2.6. Engine: water-cooled, full pressure, overhead cam 2.3.2.7. Transfer switch: 200 amp outdoor-rated 2.3.2.8. Enclosure: aluminum outdoor-rated 2.3.2.9. Certifications: cUL, UL 2200, CSA and EPA 2.3.2.10. Warranty: 5 year, 2000 hours 2.3.2.11. Total Harmonic Distortion (THD): less than 5% 2.3.2.12. Startup time: less than 1 minute
