The purpose of this RFI is to determine if there are solutions capable of meeting the Agency’s anticipated requirements and to determine alternatives for meeting those requirements that are consistent with the overall vision for the Agency and the State. The Agency’s discovery efforts to date have resulted in a desire to obtain access to solutions with the attributes described in the requirements sections below. As previously stated, the ideal solution would encompass the needs of special education (IEP) students and general education students encountering health care services provided in the schools under the school-based scope of practice for the providers listed in the Background Information section on page 4. While this would be considered the minimum viable product, the Agency also seeks to understand if school nurse documentation, IEP creation and maintenance, and other student management and administrative functions are also available within a single enterprise solution or if proposed vendor solutions could integrate to securely share information between the schools’ existing student information systems and school nurse documentation system.
