Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Vermont, Agency of Commerce and Community Development, Division for Historic Preservation, Historic Sites Program (State) is seeking a vendor to provide Winter Maintenance for the Senator Justin S. Morrill State Historic Site in Strafford, Vermont. Services will include but are not limited to monitoring snow conditions; plowing and sanding the main driveway and parking area; shoveling and sanding a path to multiple buildings and fuel tanks; removing snow from a small courtyard area; and cleaning sand and gravel that accumulated at the end of winter. Snow removal will be required at the completion of any storm with an accumulation of two (2) or more inches, the map below details the expected area for some of the services. In Spring, provide services to clean up the site for tourist season.
