Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. General Session (audio visual equipment, etc.) o Accommodating 250 participants in crescent rounds. o Includes: 2 screens with projectors. A stage with a podium. Two microphones. American and Virginia Flags on stage. 2. Breakout Rooms: o There are five breakout rooms in total. o Room 1: Up to 60 participants in crescent rounds. Features: Head table with four chairs. Screen and projector. One microphone. o Rooms 2-5: Each accommodates 50 participants in crescent rounds. Features: Screen and projector. Head table with three chairs. o All conference/breakout rooms shall be separated by an airwall to reduce outside noise. 3. Meals: o Continuous break each day with hot and cold beverages. o Breakfast buffet (negotiable): Monday, July 22: 100 participants. Tuesday, July 23 - Wednesday, July 24: 250 participants. o Luncheon for 250 persons (priced at state per diem rate) from Monday, July 22 through Thursday, July 24. Complimentary Wi-Fi in Conference Room and Meeting spaces. Available Wired/Ethernet Connection.
