Group will begin and end each day in Function Space 1. ▪ Set Up: Rounds of 8 ▪ # of persons: 120 ▪ Equipment/supplies needed: 10 x 13 screen; water on tables; internet access; Cart w/extension cord or small round table; podium; podium microphone; lavaliere microphone; projector; ergonomic chairs ▪ Internet connectivity: minimum speed of at least 20 megabytes per second ▪ Available AV Technician assigned to group o Function Space 1: 8:10 am – 4:45 pm: Meeting room will remain set for 120 people and group of approximately 40 people will remain in room for meeting o Function Space 2 - 8:10 am - 4:00 pm Meeting room will be used for photo shoots. Photographer will supply equipment. Room will need a table and a few chairs.
