CASC Intensive Human Trafficking January 12, 2025 - January 16, 2025 Williamsburg, Va. location. 70 hotel rooms for the four (4) nights of Sunday, January 12 through and including Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at or below state per diem rate. Designated conference registration site, to be supplied with 12 ft. registration table, ice water and glasses, 2 display easels, waste basket and 4 chairs. Meeting room each day with ample space to provide seating for 75 classroom style, all day each day on Monday, January 13 through and including Thursday, January 16, 2025. Event will begin with registration at 6:30 pm on Sunday, January 12 and end by 5 pm Thursday, January 16. Ice water and drinking cups in conference rooms for all attendees. Coffee/tea/soft drinks and refreshment breaks throughout program, to be billed on a consumption basis. There will be a break each morning, beginning on Monday, January 13, 2025, including coffee and tea. Afternoon breaks on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday including coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks (cookies, chips and salsa/dip, or hot snack items) to be billed on consumption basis. Breakfast buffet (price to be set at or below state per diem rate) to be served between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, billed on a per-person basis. Lunch daily (price to be set at or below state per diem rate) to be served between noon and 1:30 p.m., on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday Billed on a per-person basis. Attendees to have tables large enough to place a binder and readings materials. Access to audiovisual equipment, including overhead digital projector, audio interface for computer audio with speakers, and microphones. A/V connections to include HDMI, VGA, and analog audio with connection to loudspeakers. Will need a screen and a projector or capability to connect a projector. 2 Microphones. Complimentary Wifi in Conference Room and Meeting spaces. Free parking sufficient to accommodate up to 75 attendees and staff. Ability to receive and store materials the Friday before conference and to move materials to registration area prior to Sunday’s registration process. Williamsburg location convenient to the historic area, resort type amenities preferred.
