HI-MIDWAY ATOLL NWR-MIDWAY ROCK PURCHASE
HUB Zone set aside
The vendor will offer the maximum amount of rock and "all in" price with a not to exceed of $4.1M, which includes 10 days of unloading on Midway. The Respondent shall enter unit prices and extended totals for each item which includes all transportation and unloading on Midway. This is an ¿all in¿ price where no overages (to include but not limited to fuel surcharges, weather delays, shipping lane closures, getting stuck in the harbor at Midway) are allowed with the exception of government caused delays for unloading on Midway which extend beyond 10 days. Be aware that any delays at the rock loading site due to the rocks or equipment not being properly cleaned of biological contamination to meet requirements is not considered a government caused delay.
The Contractor shall verify all lagoon data prior to sailing.

Spud Pile is allowed in the harbor.
The price shall include all necessary supervision, management, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, any other direct incidental costs, overhead and profit, unless the cost is identified as a separately priced contract line item.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Delivery between June 1, 2024 and July 15, 2024. If two separate deliveries of rock are to be offered, an alternate delivery schedule may be offered, however the final billing must happen prior to August 1, 2024
