Scope: Production, installation and take-down of a set of decals that resemble a replica of the 2025 Atlantic 10 (“A10”) Women’s Basketball Tournament (“A10WBBT”) basketball court. 1) Production, installation and take-down of a specified set of decals 2) Ideal date range of the display being active is February 1-March 22, 2025 a. As close as possible to February 1, 2025, for activation (installation complete the day prior to activation) and take-down as late as March 22, 2025 Product specifications: • Half-size basketball court floor decal • Pre-security, see Appendix 1 • 40' x 50' total working area • Print Material: GF 210 • Laminate: GF211 (traffic graphic) • 24 total panels with overlap, 50" x 240" • Pre-Press file layout/ design • Using the current A10 court and creating a half-court design (see Appendix 2) • Keeping the perimeter with the purple border along 3-sides of the court. • Installation and removal included. • Site Survey and travel for install and take-down included. • All costs to the Commission must be included in the bid, no reimbursable or incidental expenses; this is a cost-certain bid. • Installation to be performed in no more than one night (8PM-4AM) • Complete installation and activation no later than 17 days after the Award Date.
