8.1 General Requirement: The Contractor shall provide, at a minimum, the following services to the Schools: Disciplines may include architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, interior design, structural, acoustical engineering, fire protection and other disciplines associated with miscellaneous school construction projects. The sum of all projects performed in a contract term shall not exceed $10 million, and the fee for any single project shall not exceed $2.5 million. 8.2 Specific Requirements: It is intended that architectural firms will be the primary proposers with engineering firms as part of their teams. Architectural/engineering services for miscellaneous projects may include but are not limited to: • Preparing design plans for the purpose of permitting, bidding and constructing all systems, services and components including: 5 • Mechanical • Electrical • Plumbing • Structural • Food Service/Kitchen • Low Voltage Systems • Data • Telephone • Sustainable Design • Preparation of, and Coordination of Municipal and Regulatory Permits • Cost Estimates • Construction Contract Administration
